Cursed Womb
Assistant director Kiyotaka Ijichi takes the triad to the position of an installation visited by a Cursed Womb. They've sealed off and vacated the scene of its nearby residents.
He explains there are five captures inside. He warns them the Cursed Womb can transfigure into a Special Grade Cursed Spirit. “Special Grade” curses are of the loftiest position — akin to the position of Gojo. conjurers have a lot of liabilities to manage.
Their only options are to escape or die. Their main charge is to deliver the captures. By the gates, a mother is crying for her son.
They resolve to deliver the captures. Kiyotaka creates a robe that shields them from the outside world as they enter. Megumi calls out his Divine Dog. They enter and find the innards have been distorted by a curse — an ingrain sphere. When they look back, the door has faded.
Although upset, Megumi assures them the canine can flash back the entrance's scent. They dive deeper and find three mangled courses, one is the son of the woman outdoors. Yuji wants to take it away, but Megumi stops him, saying they should detect the distinct two.
Megumi reveals it's a juvenile detention center, and these men are delinquents. While they argue, Nobara gets smelled into the bottom, and the Special Grade Curse appears before them. Yuji attacks it, but his own arm gets disassociated.
Overpowered
Yuji asks for Sukuna's help, but he threatens to kill his musketeers first. The Special Grade attacks them with animalistic help. Yuji tells Megumi to get out with Nobara so he can offer Sukuna the regulator. He can battle the ghosts while they're out of the drive.
Megumi is blackjacked to misbehave. Nobara battles against an army of gliding impressions, but her nails are rolling out.
The Special Grade attacks Yuji with raw accumulated energy, fluently shattering the walls and bottoms. Yuji's life bursts before him as he blocks another charge. As he's about to die, Yuji problems himself if he actually is that faint.
Nobara is around to be eaten by a curse, but Megumi helps her get away using a frog. Meanwhile, Yuji laments his faintness and impending doom. He remembers the star's words to live without guilt. He pours all of his feelings into his fist; it turns into accumulated energy.
also, he hears a cry from outdoors, signaling Megumi and Nobara's getaway. Yuji lets Sukuna out, and he's correctly irked that Yuji looks down on him. The curse gets alarmed and backs up. Sukuna asks the affliction to stay as he plans how to fashion Yuji's lament effects. He asks the bane to follow him outdoors, but the curse attacks him. Sukuna arrays and inadvertently heals Yuji's hand.
Sukuna subdues the first-grade fluently and tears his arm off.
Escape
Megumi asks the assistant director to widen the evacuation area while she waits outdoors for Yuji. Nobara is badly wounded, so she needs to get to the sanitarium. Megumi asks for a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer's support, although he thinks there are no bones available.
As the auto leaves, he wonders what could happen to Yuji.
Sukuna mocks the Special Grade for being in the same order as he is while getting poorly beaten. He respects the demon for regenerating itself rightly, but that's not the true power of the curses.
He does a hand seal and activates Domain Expansion, taking the curse into a dimensional sanctum and cutting it into pieces. He finds a hole at the center of its casket with one of his inaccurate fritters outside. He takes it back.
